before I go and spend the money, was curious IF Prepar3D & SOFTS are compatible....

Hi Ghostrider,
 Academic licence is fine at $59.95 as thats what I own the other ones just dont have the type of licence you own at the top, Softs will work fine the Prepar3d just the hangars dont seem to, also when version 3 comes out it will be a further $59.95 they dont give you a free upgrade only for v2.5,2.6 etc and alot of people are waiting for them to bring out 64 bit.

Hi Ghostrider,
 But it is alot stabler than FSX Prepar3d is what FSX would have been but Lockheed martin and done a far better job ie you get shadows on the wings/cockpit etc.
