Captain sim C130 Xperience Lights

i do not know if this is the right place to mention this But i will i noticed that when i fly my Captain sim C130 the lights flash like im at a rave they are super fast and even the red and green recog Lights flash is this Normal or just something wrong with my copy and how do i make the lights flash Normal ect ect.

 I own the same version of the C130 and have never known that issue hopefully if anyone else has they can assist you.
