A day out with EriX, NoiZ and Chas in the Alpes...

Hello,

because of the perfect weather on Monday we decided to do a group flight over the Alpes.... see attached pics and comments

after takeoff at LSMF - Mollis...


...we see Chas perform his "famous" Buccaneer takeoff... (instead of a takeoff just raise the gear at Vr)



after a right turn over Lake Klon and further up the valley. While Erix stays in perfect formation NoiZ is having a good time picking flowers (at the lower border)...



...after descending over Pragel Pass we arrived Lake Luzern flying on to Buchs and Interlaken Mil LSMI




...turning left into Lauterbrunnen Valley we finally arrived LSMN Raron in Valais with  Chas' irregular approach while NoiZ has already landed ....



...up Zermatt Valley... (see EriX flying upside down) 



 
...onto Matterhorn (2 o'clock high)...



...enjoying the beautiful sight on the glaciers (as long as they are there)



...to finally land in Lugano where the original squadron of the PC7 has its homebase

it was a pleasure for me and lot of fun with EriX and Chas at the Alps

Yesterday Erix and me took our Beechcraft T-34 Mentor to fly out of KSEA and visit 2 nice places (KCMW and 1S2)

on the way to KCMW





and then after a cup of coffee to 1S2 (excellent cookies there as well)









on the left site you can see the place where we had a nice barbecue
