Airplane Purchases

  When does an airline get airplane purchases?  Or what I mean is how soon?  It would really be cool if it was 1 to 3 days tops..
Especially if your airline has donated money.

if i get it right you want to purchase a aircraft of your fleet and if possible then if you send in the ticket for it that it happens 1 to 3 days within?
But you already have paid it? and it still isnt purchased?
