Title: Any instuction on how to set up and start a flight

Are there any written instructions on how to set up a flight with SkySimFlight?  I attended an on line class but do to loss of writing ability (hemoragic stroke) and short term memory loss have forgotten all of  it.

never mind, just got a handbook on how to do this from our CEO.
